Here is where you’ll find the complete guide to installing your Revreign Turbo Kit

All video references can be found here

IMPORTANT: If you have bought your kit with the optional ECU, Injectors, and Wideband o2 Sensor. Please install those first and get your car running naturally aspirated with those add-ons before starting the turbo install. Video guides to that can be found here

Part 1: Out with the old

Step #1: Remove the stock AFM, airbox, intake piping, and crankcase vent hose

Step #2: Remove the stock exhaust manifold down to the cat/test pipe

Step #3: Remove the secondary radiator fan and bolt the primary fan in its place. This makes room for the intercooler piping (You may need to use zip ties as not all bolts line up)

Step #4: Take off the oil feed bolt from the block

Part 2: In with the new

Step #1: Install the oil feed adapter into the hole you just opened up in the block

Step #2: USE A WRENCH TO HOLD THE FITTING IN PLACE and install the oil line into the oil feed adapter

Step #3 Install the turbo side oil inlet adapter and 90-degree adapter onto it

Step #4: Slide the downpipe through your exhaust hole

Step #5: Install the manifold along with the included exhaust gasket (throw out your old gasket)

Step #6: Put on and tighten the studs to the turbo flange

Step #7: Put on the oil drain fitting to the turbo

Step #8: Put on the small blue oil drain piece and attach it firmly to the oil return line

Step #9: Using the gasket, place the turbo onto the studs and tighten it down, snaking the oil drain line past your steering collum and near your oil pan (You may need to hold the turbo up to install one of the stud bolts and gradually lower it whilst tightening)

Step #10: Screw the oil feed line into the 90-degree fitting on the turbo oil inlet

Step #11: Bolt the downpipe to the turbo and then to the cat/test pipe

Step #12: (Here comes the scary part!) Drilling your oil pan. Watch this video to not screw it up. Center punch your hole and use the 1/2 drill bit with lots of grease to catch metal shavings. Once your hole is drilled, tap it (again with grease) Use a Q-tip and your finger to get any remaining metal shavings out of your oil pan. After this step, you should drain your oil to flush out any metal shavings.

Step #13: Install your oil return fitting into your newly created hole

Step #14: Install the oil drain line onto the oil return fitting on your oil pan

Step #15: Install water cooling lines by taking the hose off your thermostat, and running it to the water inlet line of your turbo (remember to hose clamp it so it doesn’t leak) Then take another piece of hose from the water exit line and connect it back to where the original line connected to
